Free Delivery (Monday – Saturday):
We will deliver your purchase within 1-3 business working days after receiving your order confirmation. Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday, except Bank Holidays.
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery:
If you want a ensure that your order will be delivered to you on a Saturday, you should select ‘Guaranteed Saturday delivery’ which is available for an additional fee of £2.50 per item.
(Applies only to orders made before 11am on a Friday.)

Our policy expires after 14 days. Returns can be requested within 14 days from when you receive your items.
All returns must be requested by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and clearly stating the reason for your return.
After 14 days have expired from when you received the items we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return/refund, items should not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way, and must be in the same condition you received them.
We cannot refund items which have been used, or are in a state where we are unable to re-sell the items.
Preparing your item for return:
To process a return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please complete the returns information on your Order Confirmation Slip which can be found inside your original delivery package.
Please place your completed Order Confirmation Slip along with the item(s) you wish to return, inside the original packaging.
– Remove the supplied postage paid grey poly-bag from inside the package.
– Then close the package ensuring that the packaging is securely sealed.
Attach the postage paid grey poly-bag (which has the returns address, barcode and Special Delivery Guaranteed Returns information on it), to the front of the package, using clear tape to seal all 4 edges of the poly-bag onto the parcel.
(The postage paid grey poly-bag must be treated as a returns label, which is to be securely attached to the front of the package you wish to return.)
It is important that you ensure that you have removed the original delivery label from the front of the outer packaging, OR make sure that you have fully covered any old labels, before you take the parcel to your local Royal Mail Post Office.
All Items must be returned to us in their original condition.
(Please keep your receipt as proof of your return)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request for a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.
If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
If you have paid with PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.
* Your balance will be refunded within 14 days after we have received the item(s).
